Training Advisors are adults with experience of the Scouts training scheme who support leaders while they complete their training.
All leaders who have a new role should meet with their Training Advisor to discuss what training they need to do, and then to validate Modules either after attending a course, or straight away if they have prior knowledge or experience.
We do need more people to help us by becoming Training Advisors. If you get on well with other adults, have knowledge of the training scheme and have time to meet with adults once or twice a year, please let us know.
