Last year we launched our District Growth Plan – a look at how we could recruit more adults and young people into Scouting.
We wanted all Groups to look at this and implement it, but while we have met with 3 Groups and gone through this with them, most Groups haven’t met to go through the plan. There is still time though, so please let us know when you want to go through this important work to support you.
In the meantime, we’ve reviewed our District Plan, and while we’ve missed lots of targets, we have made a great deal of progress.
