1st Esclusham Scouts have just returned from a top weekend in the capital. They visited all the top sites and were lucky enough to have bright sunshine for their trip.
Scout Hannah Maddocks said, “Thank you to all the leaders and everyone who helped make this trip possible! My brother James and I had a fantastic time! The sun was shining and the activities were great!”
The Group have been fundraising and preparing for the trip for a long time and all the hard work paid off as they visited HMS Belfast, Buckingham Palace, the Natural History Museum and even got to stand right outside Number 10 Downing Street.
Parent Nic Jones said, “Thanks to Pete and all the leaders for giving our Scouts a wonderful weekend. I’m sure everyone will agree with me and say your all stars!”
