Adult Recruitment

Identify Sections which need most urgent support and help them recruit.
We worked with 1st Hope, 1st Rossett, 1st Gwersyllt and 1st Rhosnesni to engage with parents and recruited several new volunteers
2022
We identified that this will always be an ongoing area of work so will aim to recruit a team of people to continue this by the end of 2022
Small team recruited but currently they are concentrating on supporting Groups with Mandatory Ongoing Learning compliance.
2023
Build team and change focus to helping with recruitment. First task to create list of teams which are low on numbers and need recruitment.
Flexible volunteering
2021
Promote the different ways of volunteering for example being a Leader who runs the night but doesn’t have to plan the programme.
Used this approach when recruiting volunteers at 1st Hope, 1st Rossett and 1st Rhosnesni
2022
Continue to promote the flexible volunteering approach.

Start moving across to running as teams rather than roles
