We had some great discussions on Sunday at our District Development Day attended by over 20 people from a variety of roles. As well as the face to face meeting we’ve had quite a few people fill in the survey to give their feedback too.
Young Leaders, moving on from Scouts to Explorers and Explorers to Network, adult recruitment and flexible volunteering were up amongst the top priority areas according to those who attended.
We’ll be sharing the full results with Members shortly then putting together a District Development Plan based on the feedback.
