Join us for a fun day on the hills with Clwyd Scouts Hillwalking team!
Whether you’re a seasoned walker or a complete beginner, this day is designed to inspire a love for the outdoors and give you a taste of what hillwalking is all about in Scouts. It’s the perfect chance to meet fellow volunteers, build your confidence, and get a feel for leading hillwalking activities with young people and adults.
During the day we will get to see some lovely scenery and get time to practice skills that come with hillwalking effectively, such as navigation, group management, permits and safety.
This is very much a relaxed day on the hills with a group of likeminded volunteers and friends. Come along, we would love to meet you!
