Use this form to help you plan an event which is open to some or all of Wrexham District - whether you're an Assistant District Commissioner, a Leader from a Section that's planning an event and wants to open it up to District, or someone who wants to advertise an Area/Wales/UK event open to Scouts in Wrexham. This form isn't compulsory for events, it's just there as guidance to help you think of everything that people will need. We ask that those planning District events provide basic info by the October of the year preceding the year the event is in (so it can be included in the District Calendar) and detailed information - such as deadline, cost and how to book - at least a month before the event.
