It was success in the sunshine for our Explorer Scouts this weekend as they completed their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions. Several groups were out walking in an area that stretched between Llangollen and Ruthin in fantastic weather.

The DofE Award Scheme is core to our programme for 14-25 year olds, and we’ll soon be rolling it out to those who are still in Scouts. They take part in a skill, a physical activity, take time volunteering and complete an expedition on their own.
